Designed for people who value privacy, calm and timeless design, Cerro Santo offers a grounded alternative to conventional luxury developments in Baja.
THE LOCATION
The name for the project Cerro Santo – means ‘Sacred Hill’ which was inspired by the rugged mountain landscapes of Baja.
Set on the hillside of La Choya, one of the most desirable and peaceful neighborhoods of San Jose del Cabo, Cerro Santo overlooks the ocean and desert landscape. The location offers the best of both worlds: a few minutes from Downtown San Jose and its art district, yet surrounded by tranquil nature and open views.
ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN
Each residence feels like a private retreat, designed with the same thoughtfulness as a boutique hotel. The material palette with warm concrete, local stone, sand-colored wall finishes, and handcrafted wooden furniture brings softness and tactility to the desert environment.
